ProspX is a purpose built app designed for real estate agents. ProspX is owned and built by PropApp to provide agents with access to a network of motivated property owners who are looking to connect with the best agents for them. We provide you with the tools and data you need to save time and source leads in an innovative and time efficient manner. PropApp was built right here, in Australia to empower you to: • Get leads in the forms of Appraisals for you to win new business • Get leads in the forms of invitations to send proposals to win new authorities of sales and take more properties to market. • Connecting you with a qualified network of property owners who, through the PropApp brand are looking for high quality agents to represent them in market. • Share your listings as pre-markets to connect to PropApp’s vetted network of buyers advocates and reduce your cycle time to sell. We do all this as two founders who lead busy lives and couldn’t find the type of app on the market that we wished we could have had when selling our own properties.

Access to ProspX for agents is provided via a subscription service. You can sign up to the app for a free 1 month trial simply by downloading from the app store. From there, a member of our customer success team will reach out and make sure we are getting you the value you need to succeed. We’ve worked with local agents and poured thousands of hours of their feedback into the app - we hope you love it as much as they do!

Once you’ve signed up, claim your profile so that it is a true reflection of your brand. You can do this by adding a description of yourself including your professional experience to date. You can also sift through the properties you’ve sold and choose the best 3 to highlight in your showcase reel. This will be visible to vendors when considering you to submit proposals. Once your profile is sorted, just sit back and relax and let us bring value to you!

Leads will appear in your leads dashboard as Appraisals and Proposals. Once you receive a request for appraisal - simply review the property on the app and if you’re happy to appraise, just upload or attach your agency branded appraisal letter. Once you’ve done this, you’ll also be connected in the app with a chat window to talk directly to the owner. Yes, it’s that good! Once you receive a lead in the form of a proposal, you’ll be able to give a rich and highly personable response to the vendor to ensure they choose you to win the sales authority. You can add recently sold properties, upload a video of yourself so the vendor can get a feel for how you work and submit all your commercial terms. Once the vendor reviews your proposal, they can shortlist you, at this point you’ll be connected with the vendor via a chat session in the app. From here it’s onto you to close the deal and get awarded the deal!
